Scientists discover the magnetic power Wi-Fi

For the first time, a team of physicists has demonstrated experimentally the magnetic equivalent electricity, which have dubbed magnetricity .

To explain this, we can summarize as follows: A magnet usually has two poles, north and south, which are inseparable. If a magnet is cut in half, each part
develops its own north and south poles ( dipoles). And this happens even if the division arrived at its individual atoms. However, researchers at the London Centre for Nanotechnology have for the first time separate charges or monopoles generate a current using a crystal with titanium cooled to a temperature near absolute zero.

The discovery, published in the journal Nature , could have important applications in computing , for example to create memories far more compact. Although, as stated in the charge of the investigation, Steve Bramwell, "we are still in the first phase, and who knows what the applications in a hundred years magnetricity ."
